Orientation with new hires covers a review of company policies and procedures, walk-through and setup of the benefits package with our Safety & Compliance Director, and a test drive with the trucking supervisor. Ongoing training is built into the job. All drivers and mechanics attend annual training to review policy updates and procedural changes. Hazmat training is completed every three years as required by regulation, and registered trailer inspector certification is renewed every two years.
